Wood Ltd. pottery manufacturers, from the United Kingdom, during the early 20th Century.  It is decorated with an embossed historical hunting design, featuring horse mounted huntsmen, deer, rams and boar, picked out in metallic/gilded shades, to a cream coloured ground.  It is further embellished with relief moulded gilded patterned banding.  It is finished in high quality satin glaze.  Marks & Backstamps The vase is marked to the base with the printed 'H. J. Wood Ltd' backstamp, (please refer to additional photographs below). Condition & Size The vase has some very fine surface crazing, which is common in a piece of this vintage, and does not greatly detract.  Otherwise, it is in very good condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration. It measures approximately 8¾” in height.
