The depth of the etching exceeds 1/2" in places. There are some chips in the edges concealed by the ash and maple frame but I did not want to remove it at this time.It is unique. There is a small fluorescent light in the base but more even lighting around the perimeter would be preferred. The glass alone weighs approx 40lbs.Please ask if there are questions Place a Bid!
