C. Folk Potter who learned to make old-time pottery from his friend, the late B. B. Craig.  His pottery has a distinctive country style and look. He digs his own clay from his property in Iredell County, pugs and forms the clay on a potter's wheel, dips and hand glazes the greenware, and fires the pottery in his kiln to 2200 degrees.
