As you can see in the photos, it is not noticeable until you look down on the canisters. They have graced my kitchen for many years without anyone ever noticeing the flaw. Possibly, an email to Waco pottery country just might turn up a lid or possibly one could be made by the potters that are still there. Sometimes this service is done for free.
