The plate is not signed but has the same trademark pattern as the later editions. In the center is a picture of two Colonial Women conversing. The border is a Royal Blue with the gold etched pattern. The plate measures approx 11" in diameter. There are a couple of small areas where the paint is not present. There is some also some crazing due to age.There is a small ding on the back of the plate.
