I don’t normally include Delivery Confirmation in the shipping total.  It can be purchased for an additional charge.  It is only available to USA buyers.  I accept paypal, money orders, or a personal check with excellent feedback to U.S. buyers. Items can be shipped via UPS or through the U.S. postal office. If you have a preference, please let me know right away. I try to ship the least expensive way but sometimes that is not possible. I am not responsible for the delay or loss in delivery made by any delivery service.
