It is a figure of a Grizzly Bear. It is made by the Eagle Pottery Co. Newberg Indiana. The famous Niloak Pottery Co. was renamed "Eagle Studios" in the 1940s. They had several locations around the USA. The Eagle Studios mark is on the bottom of the bear. It has the letter "R" hand etched into it on the bottom right next to the the Co. logo. It is the artists mark. The "R" is the initial of the co. founders son "Romine". It is a beautiful grey glaze with creamy accents on the legs. It's in perfect condition!
