The pattern is called Heliotrope and features, in most pieces, a lady reclining on a branch of green leaves and flowers. The flowers are violet and blue with yellow centers. There is a yellow sun with a face and some of the pieces have birds. All plates are ribbed except for the bread plates, which are smooth. These whimsical designs are the creations of Turi Gramstad-Oliver. The set has been gently used but not abused. A few plates have minor utensil wear while some appear to have never been used. The only chip we found is in the sugar bowl lid on the edge. (See picture) There are some unique serving pieces offered in other sales. Please, be sure to check them out.
