Sxe E.S. Germany.  I don't know very much about this particular candle holder other than I found it in a box of other vintage items.  It is in mint condition with no chips, dings or cracks anywhere that I can see.  I always double box breakable items to help assure their safe arrival.  Thank you for looking and happy bidding.
