Description
Phredd5085 Store Thomas Webb Satin Burmese Footed Posey Vase For your consideration is a very sweet little ruffled satin glass Burmese footed "posey" vase. This exact vase is pictured in Sisk's book, "Mount Washington Art Glass" on page 71 in the section on Thomas Webb Burmese glass, with a value quoted of $5-800. It is 2 ¾" across the ruffled top, 4 ¾" tall. The ruffled foot is applied with a sort of wafer to the upper part and has a very small rough pontil mark on it. It is in excellent, undamaged condition, no cracks, chips, flakes or other problems at all. The table ring wear is consistent with a piece of the age of this one.  Thanks for looking! - Fred  Why not place your bid NOW so you don't forget? Please feel free to ask any and all questions you might have. I do not end auctions early, so I'd appreciate if you wouldn't ask! Shipping Shipping is based on a shipping weight of 2 pounds from zip code 43229; the size of the box is a factor that is considered as well. The maximum shipping amount for this item is $6.50 to zone 8 (West Coast), but will be adjusted depending on your location. I am happy to combine items for multiple purchases within a week or so, if it can safely be done. Shipping will be recalculated to take this into consideration. If you live close enough, I'll be glad to work out a way to meet and avoid shipping altogether. I always try to have items shipped within 1 or 2 days of recieving your payment, normally through Postal Priority Mail. Payment PayPal is the only form of payment I can accept. For the 10 years I've been selling on eBay, I have always accepted checks and money orders, but eBay anounced that the only type of payment they will allow will be through PayPal. If you have any problems with that, please email me at fredrehl@insight.rr.com and I'll see what I can do to help with that. eBay suggests that you respond to your invoice within 3 days of the sale.  Please help by letting me know you recieved it, either through eMail or your PayPal payment! Returns I'm not an expert in what I sell, though I try to provide accurate information and description of any condition issues that might exist. I try very hard to examine things closely and describe them accurately. Since you can't hold and feel the item, I try my best to do that and describe it for you. If you're not thrilled with this item, if I should miss something, please know that I do not like having an unhappy customer, and will work with you to resolve any problems there might be. My feedback reflects that I'm honest and easy to work with! Your satisfaction is very important to me! Please try remember that the things I sell are mostly vintage to antique, which is 100 plus years old.  We try to describe every flaw but sometimes things can be missed.  I never sell 100% "AS IS" unless otherwise specifically stated in the auction description. Please get in touch with me right away if there is something that would keep you from giving me 5 stars on all ratings. I will do what it takes to make things right.
