I think it may be Austrian in origin but I'm not positive as the mark is too hard to read.. The detail is exquisite. It stands almost 20" tall. It is marked on the bottom, and is very hard to read, but I can make out the word Amphora. It also has some impressed marks along with the black underglaze. The only fault is the tip of her baby finger on one hand is missing. Everything else is absolutly perfect with no repairs or touch ups. I will let the pictures do the talking.
