Rowe Potterys ceramic engineer has been able to formulate a new glaze with their last remaining Albany slip that has the identical metallic sheen as our past Albany slip Collection. The three pieces that complete this collection include a basin(4"hx15"w, an ovoid crock(11-1/2"hx12"w), and a lidded pitcher(10"hx9-1/2"lx7-1/2"d). These pieces are more ornate and hand detailed than any other Limited Edition Collection from the past few years. After being hand thrown by the Rowe potter's, the handcrafted lug handles and leaf sprigs are attached carefully in a pattern of the potter's choice, making each piece unique to the next. Even though this year's collection is so different from previous years, the significant Limited Edition sprig with the year and run of the collection will be attached to each piece adding value to the collectible.
