It is marked on the bottom "Monmouth, Ill USA"(Inside a Maple Leaf). This is being sold as found. The lid has drip glaze only(no daisy dots) and does not seem to fit on the top but rather it "sits" on top. It stands about 7 1/4 inches tall without the lid and about 9  1/4 inches with the lid. It is 6 inches wide at the top and 7  3/8 inches wide at the bottom. It is in great shape with no cracks. The lid has a "bump"on one side near the edge. It has a few glaze bumps but that seems to be common with Marcrest.
