Huntington W.Va. just about 8 1/4" tall with stopper 5 1/4" tall without stopper stopper is a bit over 4 1/2" long 4" base diameter top opening a bit over 1" a bit under 1 1/2" across the top Rainbow Glass Co. produced beautiful crackle glass, starting in 1954 they crackled glass thru the 1970's. The factory burned down in 1983. This topaz decanter is very thick and heavy, weighing close to 1 1/2 pounds. It is a fabulous piece of Rainbow crackle glass. Simple design with the base of the neck curving out and decending down. There is an applied matching topaz medallion on the body, a bead of glass with a circled ring around it.The crackle is mixed in size, with a lot of small crackle for great sparkle in the light. The crackle starts on the bottom and continues up about 1/2 way thru the neck. The stopper does not fit snuggly,  rather rests in the opening.  It is a large ball stopper, mouthblown and crackled with mixed size crackle, really adding to the beauty of the decanter. It is a Rainbow stopper. Weitman's " Crackle Glass Around The World" shows this decanter on page 170. Leslie Pina also shows this decanter in her " Crackle Glass" book without the medallion.  If you look straight down into the decanter on the very bottom there is a faint, thin water mark line you can see going around about 3/4 of the way. It is not on the edge near the sides but about 1/2" to 3/4" away from the edge. When viewed from the side, the mark cannot be seen at all. You have to look for it to see it. Beyond the mark I have described the condition is excellent, the glass is clean and very clear, I imagine the decanter was used resulting in the water mark which does not take away at all from the beauty of the piece. I see no chips or cracks. It's a beautiful piece of Rainbow and W.Va. crackle glass which would look great on any side bar. I look closely and try to describe accurately all I see.
