Description This auction is for a RARE antique GRUEBY Storybook tile. I bought this tile at an antique store about 20 years ago, it is unmarked. The center of the tile depicts a Woman with Swans with a very ornate design surrounding her. The tile is unglazed. The tile is in very nice condition, with no chips or cracks, the sides and back of the tile are a little rough. The fromt of the tile is very fine and BEAUTIFUL!. The tile measures 6" by 6".
