Designed and made in early 1950's by Barovier and Toso in style of Cordonato Oro. Thick,solid colorless glass filled with large silver aventurine and large air bubbles. Ribbed body with clear glass foot, balloon shaped.Lamps are 20" or 51 cm in height to the top of socket. Glass part of lamps is 14" or 35.5 cm in height with about 7" or 18 cm in diameter at the widest part.Weight is extreme: one with white cord is 5.22 kg or 11.5 lb, the other one with gold cord is 5.405 kg or 11.92 lb. Both lamps have interesting brass stand made of 2 parts. Smaller metal base with a decoration is standing on 4 balls and all together stands on larger metal base.
