When covered, it stands 5-1/4" tall to the top of the finial on the lid.  It measures 4-1/8" across the top and the measurement from the spout to the back of the handle is 8-3/4".  The bowl is approximately 3-1/2" deep and holds 4 cups when filled to just below the rim. This very versatile all white pattern has wide ribbing around the outside of the pot and the lid.  There is a prominent gold band around the scalloped  edges of both pieces and a 1/4" wide gold band around the outside base of the pot.   There are no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing or discolorations or stains in either piece.  They are translucent when held to the light and ring well when tapped.  The gold is beautifully bright and shiny.    The Paragon Backstamp was used c. 1957+.
