Cottier."  It also has, hand-inscribed on the bottom, the usual pine tree and hills mark, plus "Pine Ridge Sioux."  It's about 2.5" tall & 5.5" wide at its broadest point.  It is free of any chips, damages or repairs.  Sweet piece, also an earlier piece, I believe.  Check out the Talbot pieces I have listed as well.  Yes, I happily combine shipping.
