Late 19th, early 20th century. Beautifully decorated with hand painted roses and other flowers/decorations. Similar style painting to German folk art? Unfortunately, I do not know the maker as the glass is not marked in any way.  There should be four cups and saucers but unfortunately one is missing. Approximate size of bowl: 9 1/4" high and 7 3/4" across the scalloped top.  Condition is superb and the only fault, apart from the one missing cup and saucer, is that the handle on one of the other cups has been repaired at some time. Collection of the item is possible as it is very heavy. Place a Bid!
