This is a very RARE Weller Dickensware vase and was hand decorated with a portrait of a Cavalier by Helen Smith (HS). There is no crack and chip to its rim and body but the glaze of the bottom looks like there might be a restoration to it at some point in the past. Impressed mark as seen in the picture. This vase is being offered in as is because of the possible restoration although I can't be 100% sure. Please disregard the lighting glares.
