It stands at 31cms in height (12¼") and the top rim has a diameter of 9½ cms (3¼"). The vase still has its little white "Mdina Glass" label.  The glue on the label has dried out, so it doesn't still stick the vase very well.  The underside is hand signed "Mdina".
