Probably 1930's era. It is made of pressed glass construction and decorated with a center design of a lady sniffing a flower. It is decorated by radiating bands of foliage, each terminating at a small flower on the edge fo the bottle- in brown wash. Underneath it is marked Made in France Marked R Lalique with a small sticker which reads W 209 and an etched number on the glass. I can not find any issues, appears perfect!!!  Measures about 3 and 3/4 inches in height. The case is also perfect, a blazing green and gold with Houbigant marked on the side and a pair of wooden pulls.  The stopper is stuck on the bottle and suggest that it may not have ever been opened, as nearly all the perfume is still inside. The stopper closeup photo shows some sort of paper or wax residue under the stopper edge, but I have not disturbed it. This is fresh to market from the estate of a Clearwater Beach lady whose son indicates he believes she got this bottle from her mother or another relative. The last one of these sold on ebay for $1,787. That one however did not have the original case, had a small chip in the edge of the stopper and was empty. This one is perfect, has case and perfume.
