Description
LiZ RAeBUrN A design statement tea pot Ex-David Leach Quite good. OR, simple, stylish; Just Magic ! This woman can pot! She travels in the same rarified world, that do most artists, in the Gallerie Besson stable, of whom she is a lifelong artist and friend. Spent time with David Leach @ Lowerdown, thumping through the pottery’s standardware and this can still be seen in the quality of this pot. Now better known for her dramatic raku work; she was only one of four potters, whose work accompanied the last definitive, David Leach exhibition. Technicals: This matt white teapot is 216mms high. New condition, fine quality and undamaged. Elizabeth’s work is so hard to come by, that any example is welcome. Full seals to base of handle and pot base. I have a large stock of 20thCentury Studio Pottery & Ceramics and welcome enquiries if you wish me to list a particular potter on ebay. You can contact me by using ebay’s, “contact a member” facility. Shop terms, valid unless countermanded by any additional terms or variations, above. Please ensure that you have read these before making a purchase. # Payment: Paypal, cheques or cash in UK. Paypal only for international buyers. # Delivery: UK postage, Usually will be by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery with insurance and tracking. International by arrangement. Please contact me to discuss before bidding or making an offer. Unlike most ebay sellers, I accept that, (under English law), it is the seller's responsibility to deliver, hence the signed-for delivery, and, therefore, I will make claims for any delivery transgressions. Please do not ask for any non-tracked or uninsured delivery methods. Customers are always welcome to arrange their own shipping or courier collection. # Damage: If items are damaged, photograph the damage and packaging together. Always retain packaging for inspection. No claim (and therefore, refund), can be made if these instructions are not followed. Loss; most shippers will require at least a month to elapse before the item is considered lost. Therefore, in this case, please understand that I am obliged to delay a refund until this period has passed and is not due to tardiness or reluctance on my part. # Returns: I will accept returns over a 28 day period but expect to notified within seven days of receipt of the goods. If there has been a case of mis-description or damage (see above), then I will refund the original price including postage and return postage. If the purchaser makes a return under their statutory rights of the Distant Selling Act, then I will refund the original price and postage, but reserve the right to impose a 10% handling charge, in order to make good my ebay fees which are non-recoverable. In the second instance, the buyer pays return postage and accepts responsibility for returning the goods in original condition. If the item is lost or damaged in shipping, then you still own it and you must make your own insurance claims. # Feedback: I do appreciate the courtesy, of buyers letting me know when an item has arrived safely. All feedback now counts – both yours and mine. Reciprocal feedback will always be posted once a buyer has made their comments. Check out my other items! and be sure to add me to your favourites list!
