Description Up for auction by Lively Auctions is this very nice set of 30+ Americana Dinnerware by Edwin Knowles China Co.  The date of manufacture is is on some yet not on others. These all come from the same owners.  This vintage discontinued pattern is called “Farm in Winter”.    See list below and detail on each item. List of items below:    1 - Fruit bowl - 5 1/2" - Has a hairline crack inside rim about 1 1/2" long. 3 - Luncheon Plates 9 1/4: 1 - Excellent. 1 - Faded with some surface wear. 1 - Multiple nicks under rim - date 4? 11 1 - Sauce bowl - Slight nick under rim. 1 - Round Vegetable Bowl 9 1/8". Some crazing throughout. 6 - Soup bowls 7 3/4": 1 - date 46-5 - Crazing, no nicks or chips. 1 - date 45-10 - excellent. 1 - 1 nick, 1 chip. 2 - good. 1 - date 46-5 - tiny nicks on rim. 5 - Square plates 7 1/8": no dates on any. 3 - excellent. 1 - crazing. 1 - hairline crack. 9 - Saucers 5 7/8": 6 - No dates - excellent. 1 - No dates - 2 tiny nicks. 1 - Excellent - date 46-5 1 - Excellent - 45-12 8 - Bread Plates 6": 4 - Excellent - 1 dated 45-12.
