The elephant is pink and the ears are hand decorated with bleeding heart flowers & vines. The cheeks are pink circles the toe nails, eyes and mouth are painted black. The bottom is stamped Kay Finch California. The feet are covered in material and one probably hides Kay’s signature. Take them off if you wish. I chose not to. The whimsical figure is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This is a great vintage hard to find piece, with awesome display value. This piece measures about 6 inches long and 5 inches high.    Kay Finch Ceramics were made in Corona Del Mar, California, from 1935 to 1963. The hand-decorated pieces often depicted whimsical animals and people. Pastel colors were used as they were on this piece. I prefer PayPal, but will accept special payment arrangements on occasion.
