Has like a long tentacle coming out of the plants undersea world that comes up over top. Has a object like a stingray floating over the undersea world. Very rare and unusual paperweight from Josh Simpson. Signed on the bottom "Simpson 1990". Measures approximately 3" tall and 3" diameter.
