They could be used for special occasions or daily. I have kept them in my grandmothers china cabinet. A few of them have chips. I will add more pictures in the next day or so. I can also email more detailed pictures if you request. I have never used this set personally but my granpmother used it for special occasions. I have to downsize. We are moving from Michigan to South Carolina.
