Between 1952 and 1956 he studied at the 'Instituut voor Kunstnijverheid Amsterdam' He also followed lessons from Stig Lindberg (1964-1965), Dame Lucie Rie (1961-1962) and prof. Kylikki Salmenhaare (1960). He worked at /designed for Arabia, Royal Copenhagen, Rosenthal and Selb Germany. His work is represented in collections of museums worldwide. He has his own studio in Breda, The Netherlands. The stunning bowl we are offering here was made in 1978 and has the most beautiful glaze. It is signed with the artist's monogram and is dated.
