This auction is for a stunning piece of transferware by Royal Staffordshire in the Jenny Lind pattern, from the Biarritz series.  It is a rectangular shaped piece with a circular indentation in the center.  The transfer is brown with handpainted highlights of green, red/pink and blue.  Absolutely stunning! Back is marked The Biarrits Royal Stafordshire Great Britain Regd. No. 784849 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This piece is in wonderful condition, having only some typical crazing, associated with its age.  It measures 5.25"x 6.5" and is in great condition....only some minor  age appropriate crazing.
