David This is a vintage 1983 Jugtown North Carolina pottery vase, in a medium cobalt blue with darker blue speckles. The vase measures 8 3/4" tall and about 6 1/2" across the middle. There are no chips or cracks, no damage... perfect. The underside is marked "Jugtown Ware 1983". You will be pleased. Estimate for a 4 pound package.
