W. Mccoy 1904 Rosewood Olympia pretzel bowl' Description This is a very rare 1904 Rosewood Olympia pretzel bowl by J. W. Mccoy. Done with a standard brown glaze with the orange streaks used by Mccoy on the early Rosewood line. Has an embossed and artist decorated floral design on front and all around base. It's quite a large and impressive piece standing 9.5" tall and 8" wide at the top rim. Shown in Sanford's Mccoy Book. Very early and hard to find piece. Condition is EXCELLENT- NO CHIPS or CRACKS-   One small glaze flake on side at rim is touched up. One tight inconspicuous 2 inch hairline also on the side at rim. Dark mahogany glaze rich and glossy. Very excellent display. Only light crazing. Check the picture.   It shows Excellently. It's not marked, as was common for these.
