Responding to multiple inquiries (in US dollars): S/h/I for Continental USA via UPS Ground, signature confirmation, insured for an average 2,000/item (total of 22,000 or whatever the successful bid may be) is estimated to be 500 to 700 for 11 containers, double boxed. Should prospective buyer maintain a shipping insurance coverage of their own the price is reduced by 220. Should the prospective buyer waive signature receipt AND assume all risk once documentation the packages have been delivered to the shipper, the estimate is reduced by 57.75 (this is primarily because of theft of package once delivered). Have not done USPS estimate because claims via USPS are a horror. POI, in 25 years of shipping, not a single item I’ve sent has been damaged because of a deficiency re my packaging. S/h/I for International shipping … please estimate at www.USPS.com allowing at least 6 inches to be added to the largest dimension for package size electing Global Express since Priority will not insure over $650. Use 10-LB weight since cost is dimensional weight. Estimate International actual shipping cost for the lot to be from 1,750 to 2,200. Forget FedEx, UPS and DHL because they are significantly more costly and insurance limits may not be adequate for coverage if a disaster by the shipper occurs. Should you maintain your own insurance coverage for incoming shipments the s/h/I is estimated to be $700 - $1000 for the lot since Priority Mail may be used. Should you maintain your own shipper account with any of these shippers at very favorable discounts it may be advantageous to have the shipping cost billed directly to your account.
