Sorry for any photo glare. White spots are from my camera flash. It measures 6" in diameter by 2 3/4" high. I do not know who the maker is. A wonderful addition to any collection or would make a great gift.  CONDITION: It is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
