I have some beautiful jade items, will be listing a lot more. Huge hand painted design on a pitcher shaped pot. It is much too large and heavy to be used as a pitcher. It is in mint condition as it has been packed away for many years since I became too disabled to sell at the large craft shows. There are no chips or scratches on this pot. It stands 15 1/2" high and is 12" across at the fullest part. This piece is very labor intensive. The background color is painted on three times and then the design is drawn off in pencil, very carefully to insure a balanced design. After the design is drawn, each color has to be applied three times. The piece is fired to bisque and then glazed and fired again. The colors are brown, russet, creamy beige and black. This piece is signed and dated. This huge pot is very heavy and to insure that it arrives unbroken, it will be wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and packed very well in the center of a very large box to insure that it reaches the buyer safely. I strongly suggest you take insurance. I package well but I can't be responsible once it leaves my hands. This also insures against loss. Insurance will be $7.00 This piece will be a show piece in your home. I only created five pieces with this design, three have sold this is the last one I have to sell. I plan to keep the last one. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, it is difficult for me to get in and out of a car, so I only go to the post office twice a week. My daughter will mail items for me when she can. I try to get items mailed out within 5 days, but if I am waiting payment on an item, I will wait a day or so, no more than two days. Many times I can mail an item the next day after payment has cleared, so there isn't always a delay.
