HUGE LOT 120 PC CURRIER & IVES DINNERWARE This auction is for 120 pieces of Currier & Ives dinnerware. All the pieces are in excellent condition with no knife marks, scratches, or chips except one 10 inch plate has a small chip and one has some crazing; one cup looks like it has a small factory flaw or chip; the bottom of the butter dish has a chip on the bottom rim but it has an overglaze on it like it was made that way. Otherwise all the other pieces are in excellent condition. Shipping will be quite heavy - they will be shipped in 3 boxes of about 40 pounds each. PLEASE NOTE: the shipping calculator is not set up to figure shipping on multiple boxes so please use it only as an estimate but like I said it will be about 120 pounds total. When the listing ends, I will send you an invoice with the correct shipping (no handling charges)Included in this great lot are:12 - 10 inch plates - "THE OLD GRIST MILL" - on the bottom it says "CURRIER AND IVES UNDERGLAZE PRINT MADE IN U.S.A. BY ROYAL"12 - 8 1/2 inch soup bowls - "EARLY WINTER" BY ROYAL 12 - 6 3/8 inch saucers - "HARVEST" - only one has the word "HARVEST" on it but they all look alike12 - 6 1/4 inch cake plates - they all have the steamship on them but no marking12 - 5 3/4 inch small dessert bowl - children playing on a swinging gate with no marking12 - cups - 2 1/16 inch tall with an opening of 3 5/8 inches - they have a woman in a carriage with 2 horses (one of these has the small factory flaw) - no markings1 - serving bowl - 10 1/8 inch across and 2 1/4 inches tall - dad coming home and 2 children running thru the gate to meet him, there's also a dog in the picture - no marking1 - bowl - 9 1/8 inch wide by 1 7/8 inch tall - the bottom has "CURRIER AND IVES 'MAPLE SUGARING' MADE IN U.S.A. BY ROYAL"1 - platter - 11 5/8 inches by 10 1/2 inches - on the bottom is " 'THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS' BY ROYAL MADE IN U.S.A."1 - butter dish bottom - 7 7/8 inches by 4 inches - picture of a man and woman on a sleigh - no marking - (this is the one with the chip of the rim but has an overglaze like it was done in the factory)1 - creamer - 5 3/4 inches from spout to end of handle, 3 inches tall with an opening of 3 1/2 inches - train scene - no marking1 - sugar bowl and lid - the bottom has an opening of about 4 1/8 inches and is about 3 inches tall - there is a showboat on the bowl and a couple on the knob of the lid1 - salt and pepper - 1 3/4 inches tall and 2 1/4 inches across the top (not counting the handle) - they have some discoloration that I have not tried to remove, sold "as is" - the picture is 2 men in a buggy with their backs to each other4 - custard bowls - 3 3/4 inches across and about 2 inches tall - picture of lady in a carriage drawn by 2 horses - the numbers 17, 24, 27, and 32 are on the bottoms4 - coffee mugs - 3 3/8 inches tall and opening of 3 1/4 inches - picture of 4 children playing with the gate - numbers 11, 14, 15, and 15 are on the bottoms2 - oval bowls - 9 7/8 inches by 6 inches by 2 3/4 inches - picture is of 2 large steamships - one has no marking and the other one has "MADE IN U.S.A. GLASBAKE J-235 1 QT. 9 " - I am throwing in the lid but not counting it because it does have a chip on the top handle9 - brown glasses - 3 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches across - there are 2 fall, 3 summer, 4 winter - they are very beautiful in new condition - you look through the clear glass to see the scenery6 - glasses - 4 5/8 inches tall and 3 1/8 inches across - 2 Early Americana Summer, 2 Early Americana Spring and 2 Early Americana Winter4 - cups with gold trim - 4 inches tall with a 2 7/8 inch opening - 1 spring, 1 summer, 1 autumn, 1 winter6 - coasters - 4 1/8 inch square - "THE OLD GRIST MILL"4 - pictures - the frames are 9 1/2 inches by 7 1/2 inches, the pictures are 6 1/2 inches by 4 1/2 inches - on the bottom of the picture is "Currier & Ives Lithograph, New York AMERICAN HOMESTEAD AUTUMN (or winter, spring, summer) Museum of the City of New York"Please email with any questions.
