It's a French Faience hand painted and artist signed HB Henriot Quimper Cat. It's in pristine condition with no damage.  It measures 5-1/2" high by 5-1/2" long by 3-1/2" wide.Packed shipping weight is about 1-1/2 lbs. I ship only via priority mail insured with extra packing for glass, fragile items and items of greater value. For large items not suitable for priority mail, I use parcel post insured.  I use media mail for printed matter and books. On international orders, I use priority mail international with insurance. For lightweight items, below 11 ounces, I will use first class mail only if you are willing to accept the risk of loss.
