This sweet, little fellow is seated between two open salt baskets.  He is nicely painted with delicate French country flowers sprinkled all over his chest, sides, back and also on the outer rims of both baskets. He measures 4" long by 3" tall. This antique art pottery double salt cellar bears the mark of the Fourmaintraux Courquin factory.  Please see the photograph for the complete signature. The little bunny is in excellent condition with just some slight glaze irregularities, which are typical and inherent in French pottery production. He would love to hop over to visit your holiday table or stay and make friends with your other salt cellars. He is quite unusual as the more common forms are typically donkeys, cats or pigs.
