A wonderful form accentuated with a gracefully executed thin flaring lip. It features a wonderful lavender mat glaze with tan highlights along with a purple glossy glaze that cuts across and covers about one quarter of the vase. A minimalist design, it is about 4.5" tall and about 3.25" across. It is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Our second photo, which looks straight down,  is a little overexposed on the right lower edge of the vase. The glaze in not that bright. A wonderful piece from one of the leaders of the American studio potter movement. NO RESERVE! We will email the winner directly with payment information at the end of the auction.
