Description
FENTON 100th Anniversary PLATINUM EDITION * 2005 just RELEASED * 5948 3Y # 219/1000 designed by K.A. Barley painted by B. Mendenthaul Gorgeous Blue Burmese Pitcher. The handle on this piece is exquisite! A swirl was created and attached to the bowl of the pitcher ... quite thin giving it a signature of today's decor for the contemporary theme in mind. On the lip of the pitcher's mouth, the artist has painted a dragonfly in GOLD. An oval cobalt blue Swarovski Crystal depicts the body of the fly and for its head, a peridot (lime Green) round crystal was used. A scrolled leaf pattern is painted in gold surrounding the neck of the pitcher. The flowers are burgundy shaded petals with creamy ivory blending to make the color turn mauve. The stems of the flowers are celery green and celedon. MEASURES 7 inches x 6 inches x 5 inches .. the bottom of this piece is 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
