Description
Beautiful..Rare, hard to come by this is Circa early 1900's Beautiful MARIGOLD, AURENE or FAVRILE colored Vase, the pattern is just awesome, there are 14 textured panels each seperated by a small thin smooth panel, looking at the bottom it is unique, when I took pictures of the bottom in the pictures you can see in red Kew but I have No idea who the maker is & would love to hear from someone with an insight as to the maker. 8 1/4 inches tall, No chips, cracks or repairs, very nice Vase..item#817-7399 I was told it looks like Kralik but the red on the bottom in the pictures has diffently a EW so you be the judge, all I know it is diffently Beautiful and a Quality made vase. Shipping is still Free with-in the US, I had to set shipping at 35.00 for a Fellow Ebayer in Spain who wants to do a Buy it Now in Spain. These are comments I got from fellow Ebay members: Iridescent Over Shot Vase by Kew Blas or the Loetz Art Nouveau period possiably, Kralik, Bohemian. Last email I got "Hi, I believe your vase was made by Dugan and is part of their Pompeian design series." Thank You Question & Answer Posted on Q: Hi, Your emailer who said Dugan is incorrect. I have tons of Dugan Frit glass. This was 100% positive made by Kralik. It is what Dugan was imitating. Nov-16-08 A: THANK YOU FELLOW EBAYER FOR YOUR TIME & KNOWLEDGE I Need to Clean house..Click on my name Cher May..and make some offers, I have over 300 more items that I need to list, I will be adding items Every other day, Shipping charges are determined by your Zip Code, including delivery confirmation, plus insurance, plus a $1.00 handling charge, and should I accidently over charge you just contact me upon receipt of the item and I will gladley do a Partial Pay Pal shipping refund. I am not Expert, just a novice collector, please ask any questions you might have before bidding/buying, As items are "Sold As Is" As with any Vintage Carnival glass...20 to 100 yrs. old There might be possible air bubbles, straw marks or factory flaws, which just helps to validate the true age & maybe a few fine scratches from wear, when I check items over with the magnifying glass, if I find any other damage like repairs or chips, I will add such findings in the Descripton, as for this one it is diffently a Beautiful example of early Carnival Glass that has been well cared for.
