It is a dramatic pink flamingo, standing on one leg as you often find them, wings spread out. Perhaps just came in for a landing! It has a foil tag with "Hand Decorated Brad Keeler Artwares Los Angeles Calif." There is also a stamp on the bottom with "Brad Keeler" and a number "906." This may help you 'pros' in dating it. This figurine is approx.7-1/16" tall.   In very good condition, even after all thes years.
