ITEM DESCRIPTION Up for your consideration is a very nice complete tea service, made by KPM.  The service is in pristine condition, and has never been used.  The set is 42 pieces overall, and includes two sets of the following:  a coffee/tea pot (7" high), a lidded sugar & creamer, six cups with matching saucers, and six dessert plates (7.75" diam). Again, this set has never been used, and is in MINT condition.    Ships UPS/FedEx for $32.50 to the continental US.    PLEASE NOTE:  We have a very large store in Aurora, IL, with 500+ pieces of furniture, and 100's of new items arriving every week.  We only list our MOST PREMIUM FURNITURE on eBay.  It is never off-grade, or damaged (unless it is pre-labeled "for restoration purposes" or "for refinishing" etc.)   ITEM INSPECTION:  We pride ourselves on allowing inspection prior to purchase.  The vast majority of our furniture items are located at our Aurora location, but please confirm this before driving to our store.    RETURN/REFUND POLICY:  We always do our absolute best to satisfy our customers, as is indicated by our fine feedback rating.  We offer a full refund policy, with no questions asked, but we must be contacted through eBay within 3-days after receiving the item.  If a refund is requested, the buyer is to pay shipping both ways. Most (but not all) items are available for inspection (before you buy) at this location.  See directions below.           If you decide to pick-up your item, our furniture staff will load the item into your vehicle.  If you bring blankets (suggested for furniture), we will also blanket wrap the piece(s) before loading.  Please contact me through eBay prior to picking up your items so I can make all the proper arrangements.   2. Local Delivery:  We can often deliver most furniture items within a 30 mi. radius of Aurora, IL for $95 - $145, but prior approval (from us) is necessary prior to purchase.  Our delivery area  includes the most of the Chicagoland area, and we also will accept your unwanted furniture, considering it is clean and usable for our basic needs foundation.   If you purchase multiple pieces, a modest additional cost may be incurred (usually about $25.00 per piece extra). We will set up an appointment, and drop it off wherever needed in your house.  3. Private Shipping Company (furniture or large items):  For a shipping quote, please feel free to call either of the services below, or to choose your own service.  We will store your furniture for up to three weeks, and have a loading dock for easy pick-up by your shipper.   We utilize two very reliable shipping services:         (1)  The Shipping Place:  A high quality service that specializes in relatively fast delivery at reasonable prices.   Although reliable, they can tend to be a bit expensive for items shipped to the West Coast, and into New York City.  Over 99% of the deliveries arranged by my customers using this service have been successful.  They can be reached at (630) 377-0033 during normal business hours, and can ship internationally also.       (2)   AC Delivers:  Also a high quality service, AC delivers can provide the very best rates in the industry, but they are SLOW.  This service guarantees delivery from 30 - 60 days, from when the item is picked up at our store.  Their specialty is moving furniture, and their customer service is supurb.  The only issue is the slower time frame involved, but the savings can be quite substantial.  They can be reached at 1-866-506-5477 during normal business hours, they do not deliver internationally.     PLEASE NOTE:  There may be substantial reductions if multiple items are purchased (so check our eBay store).   For instance, if a dresser cost $245 to deliver, a second dresser may only add $85 more to the shipping bill.      If a private shipper is utilized, any damage claim is between you and the shipping company, as I am only a 3rd party to the transaction.  Once the item is dropped off at the shipper by us or removed from our location by the shipper, my obligation has been fulfilled.  All further dealings will be between the buyer and the shipper.  However, please feel free to ask the shippers to confirm that the piece is in the same condition as described in my listing prior to shipment.   4. GREYHOUND FREIGHT:  A cost saving option is utilizing Greyhound. They will ship items to your nearest Greyhound terminal (web site: shipgreyhound.com).   They will not ship items over 100 lbs.  (or 150 lbs to major terminals), and the item (boxed) cannot exceed 30 x 47 x 82.   Therefore, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO ESTIMATE FROM THE ITEMS DESCRIPTION WHETHER THIS SERVICE IS POSSIBLE.   If this service is used, we will drop the item off at a local shipper, and have them professionally package the item with new materials, and then we will drive it to our local Greyhound station.  Items shipped this way generally cost between $125 - $190.   This process takes about 12 to 21 days to complete before the item reaches your local terminal.
