FABULOUS L C TIFFANY GILT BRONZE FAVRILE GLASS VASE Presented is a fine quality favrile, iridescent glass vase with its original gilt bronze base. The underside of the base is signed as shown in the photographs, with Louis C. Tiffany Furnaces Inc. and Louis Comfort Tiffany hallmark. This piece was probably made between 1900 to about 1915. The glass is not signed on the base, but it really has no room for a signature. This style of vase sometimes goes unsigned. The glass is definitely made by Tiffany, 100% guaranteed. This piece comes out of a local estate and is in untouched condition. The glass has a beautiful iridescence and stretch marks, so typical of Tiffany work. This piece also has a beautiful ring. The colors are great and the glass has no flaws. The bronze base is gilded and has several small pits or discolored tarnish marks. These marks may or may not clean up, but regardless the base is still in superb condition. The bronze base has no breaks, no repairs and no problems other than the pitting you see. The glass has no cracks, no chips, no repairs and no problems. The height is 12 inches. The diameter at the top is 4 3/8 inches. The diameter of the bronze base is 5 1/4 inches.
