Description
andytiques Store Exceptional 1940s Japanese Pair of Birds Basket Planter Please take the opportunity to look at all the images below.  This is an EXCEPTIONAL piece well worth the asking price.  It is in perfect condition with BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT colors!  It is also quite hefty, measuring a whopping 10" in height.  This is a well made, beautifully detailed piece.  There is NO damage to this old piece although there are a few manufacturing flaws... typical of foreign made mid-century objects.  You will NOT be disappointed in this beauty!I do not ship internationally unless an interested bidder 1-) Contacts me ahead of time and secures permission and 2-) Has impeccable feedback.  I have a full time job and do not have the time that special packaging, claims/customs forms and language barriers pose... please contact me if you are interested in an item and I'll try to work something out.As a rule I do NOT accept returns unless I have grossly misrepresented an item's condition or authenticity.  Before either of us gets into a tizzy, let's be adults and contact each other with any issues or concerns. Payment is by PayPal EXCLUSIVELY within 7 days of auction's end. Shipping is exclusively by USPS Priority Mail unless I have offered a Parcel Post rate in a specific auction.  While many of our country's services are at times questionable, I have always been more than pleased with the Postal Service.  "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" All sales are final unless I have misrepresented an item (its condition or its authenticity). I have a graduate degree in museum studies and wrote my Master's thesis on an American glass company... I am an amateur glass collector and have a decent eye when it comes to glass and pottery.  If you find yourself having any questions about an item, please contact me using eBay's "contact seller" function.  My seller ID is Andytiques.
