ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING!!! Not positive if this is Meissen, there is a blue mark on the bottom that looks similar. This is a wonderful early figural piece of porcelain with a young boy standing beside a bench and a wooden bin with a wooden bucket beside it for the matches. This piece is not perfect but still a very nice piece. There is a chip at the very tip of the boys hat and there is a tip of a finger missing, also a crack in the top of the bench which almost looks to have been done when it was made, also there are 2 small nicks around the top edge of the wooden bin. There is a blue cross mark and a #92 on the bottom, then on the backside there is a #6855 molded into the piece. The item stands 6 7/8" high and is 6 1/2" long x 4 1/4" wide. Selling as is.
