Hi!, thanks for looking we have here a VERY RARE & Wonderful Mid 20th Century Italian Art Glass Vase designed by ERCOLE BAROVIER for BAROVIER & TOSO around 1950.  We gave this a touch and up close visual inspection and this is in OUTSTANDING CONDITION & FREE of any damage!  NO dings, chips, nicks, cracks or repairs.  Strike any surface and it rings like a bell, a sign of no hidden damage. The vase's interior is clear & Not sick.  Used for display and not for flowers there is NO water damage.  The botton has a few light surface scratches which is normal & expected w/ a piece of vintage glass.  In short this is in FANTASTIC CONDITION.  This is made w/ clear glass with a light touch of cranberry brown glass which gives this a beautiful very slight pinkish / brown cranberry hue.  There are gold flecks / flakes forming spiral swirls, going up the interior.  The body is ball shaped w/ deep ribs. The top form is flattened & spread out, like a fan w/ crimps on the edge.  There bottom / base has an applied foot with clear glass & gold metal flakes in it.  This is about 8.625" tall, w/ a 5" across, body.  The widest point is about 6" across w/ the flatten mouth about 1.75" across.  This is well made & shaped, the ribs are nicely spaced & well defined.  The neck of the vase IS NOT CROOKED, as sometimes this detail is overlooked.
