The piece is not marked on the base, but it is hand-painted and most likely made in Germany and I would date the piece from around the 1930s. The wonderfully deeply colored bowl is in excellent condition with no damages to the design or on the body of the piece. The bowl measures 10" D x 2.5" H. It is unsual to fine bowls like this with a cobalt blue design and it is very attractive.
