The tyg is of medieval shape with three ornate scroll handles and with scroll work designs applied to the three panels around the tyg. The words MY CUP along with the date 1896 are applied to the rim above and the designs and words have been picked out in cream coloured glazes against a natural glazed pale brown ground. With a raised castle mark to the base including the name E BINGHAM.
