It is a wonderful Delft polychrome plate with Dutch cycling with a windmill in the background and a dog in the forground. The front has Holland on the left side and signed v. g on the right. This plate is approx. 4 1/2 by 9 inches. The only defect is this slight tan spot on the edge of the plate under the glaze. It isn't a chip. The back is marked; Koninklijk, Goedewaagen, Gouda-Holland.
