The figure is hand-decorated with a floral dress. The stopper is the woman's head which fixes in with a cork. Marked as shown. In good condition; a little superficial crazing and some nibbles on the inside of the neck opening (the other brown residue visible in the photo seems to be the remains of the original seal).
